Self-Help Resources

There are a wide variety of self-help resources online that have been developed for people to help themselves in improving their health and wellbeing. The websites presented below are just a few of these and although they are helpful for some people they will not be helpful for everyone.

  • It also teaches and guides you through the use of a range of techniques for helping to overcome depression, many of which are closely linked to CBT approaches.
  • This Australian website requires participants to register but it then provides a rather comprehensive self help programme for coping with Depression.
  • Kiddipedia is a world first website here in Australia, a revolutionary concept in creating a mini google site for parents allowing Australian parents to access Australia’s top parenting articles from one place. It was created to simply ‘help’ and ‘support’ the everyday busy parent so they could search all the best content from the top parenting websites from one search bar.
